How to use herbal teas

Herbs are subtle so patience and consistency are key!

Unlike western medicine, which immediately alters your own chemistry, food and herbs harmonize with your body’s chemistry to deeply rebuild, replenish, and restore the body.

So don’t be deterred if you do not see immediate results. Know that these herbs are doing work behind the scenes and through consistency and time, you will see the difference!

Detox Tea

Perfect for spring! It's so important to take care of our detoxification organs, especially in the spring when the energy supports this cleansing and clearing movement. This tea supports detoxification of the liver, lymphatic system, kidney, bladder and gut. For one mug, steep 1-2 tsp of detox tea in hot water for 15 mins. Enjoy this tea anytime. For a gentle spring detox, enjoy 2-3 cups per day for 2-3 weeks. Ingredients: red clover leaf, camomile, dandelion root, dandelion leaf, pau d'arco, cascara sagrada bark


Sleepy Tea

Difficulty falling or staying asleep? Set an evening routine with this beautiful sleepy tea. Made with a combination of herbs that calm the nervous system, restlessness, anxiety, relieve insomnia, bring energy and calm into the body so you have the energy to fall asleep. For one mug, steep 1-2 tsp in hot water for 15 mins 1 hour before bed. Ingredients: hops, camomile, catnip, skullcap, California poppy


Cramp Tea

Super effective at relieving all types of muscle cramps. Perfect for chronic muscle pain, tightness, after workouts, or menstrual cramps. Cramp bark is the main ingredient which has been used for 1,000s of years to ease muscle cramps and pain. Extremely effective even for the most severe menstrual cramps (I speak from experience). For treatment, steep 1 tbs of cramp tea in hot water for 15 mins. Drink 2 mugs within one hour. Pain will subside within 2 hrs (it's truly amazing!) Drink more as needed.
